These terms apply to every order you place on mozhiandmiles.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Mozhi & Miles is a brand of Mozhi and Miles F.Z.C, a free zone company with limited liability licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority (licence no. 58265), registered at Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In this page, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mozhi and Miles F.Z.C.
Our licensed activities include e-commerce and the online sale of publications, books, stationery and design work. The country of our business is the United Arab Emirates.
2. Using our shop
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are made for children, but orders must be placed by a parent, carer or other adult.
Please give accurate details when you order. You are responsible for keeping any account password safe.
We do not trade with or provide services to countries, organisations or people subject to UAE, UN or OFAC sanctions.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. For digital products, that confirmation includes your download link.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Where VAT applies, prices include VAT at the applicable UAE rate and your tax invoice will show it. Delivery charges for printed products are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (debit and credit cards). Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider over a secure, encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Please keep a copy of your order confirmation and transaction records for your reference.
5. Digital products
Digital books and printables are delivered as downloadable PDF files, available straight after payment. When you buy a digital product you receive a license to use it — you do not buy the copyright. Your use is covered by our Personal-Use License or, for educators, our Educator License.
Files may be personalised with your name or order number to help protect our work. Please do not remove these details.
6. Printed books and activity kits
Printed books and reusable activity kits are not yet on sale. When they are, product pages will show the contents, recommended age and any safety information. Activity materials are designed to be used with an adult; please supervise young children at all times.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas, times and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains when you can cancel, return or get a refund. It does not affect your rights under UAE consumer-protection law. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

All Mozhi & Miles books, activities, illustrations and designs are protected by copyright. See our Copyright & IP page.
10. Our responsibility to you
Our activities are learning ideas for everyday play. They are not medical, therapeutic or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional assessment of your child. If you have concerns about your child’s development, please speak to a qualified professional.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technology Means, as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. If we cannot, the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to contact the UAE consumer-protection authorities.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
