A small early-learning brand with a big heart for language, milestones and the miles we travel together.
Hi, I’m Shahinas
Welcome to Mozhi & Miles. Mozhi (மொழி) means language in Tamil, and language and communication have always been very close to my heart — both personally and professionally.
And Miles has two meanings for us. It stands for the little milestones our children reach as they grow, learn and communicate — and for the actual miles we travel, and the memories we make together as a family.
As a mom, I’m constantly looking for simple and meaningful ways to learn through everyday play. With my background in audiology and speech-language pathology, I wanted to share activities and ideas that have a purpose behind them — but are still easy and fun for parents to do at home.
Sometimes the simplest activity can create an opportunity to learn a new word, start a conversation, or reach a new milestone.

Our approach
Somewhere between a generic printable worksheet and clinical materials, there’s room for something warmer: activities that are professionally informed, parent-friendly, beautiful, and easy to use at home.
That means bright, uncluttered pages, one clear idea per activity, and nothing that needs special training — just a few minutes together, a pencil or a dot marker, and plenty of chances to talk.
